In his opinion, the prevailing view in the society of the United Kingdom at present for him is that power should not be inherited and not necessarily held by privileged individuals. The protagonist also believes that his compatriots are convinced that the state system that has been constructed does not attract the most suitable persons to work within it and as such suffers from an unknown congenital disease. The man agrees that such thoughts are moderate and yet reasonable.
