On a ship sailing for Great Britain, he notices L., who is a follower of right-wing militia ideas. Beside him, Dee sees Rose, a brave British girl. While waiting for the train to the capital of Foggy Albion, Rose declares to Dee that she is the daughter of Lord Benditch. This man was the owner of the mine, and it was with him that Dee was to negotiate the purchase of the coal.

In the end, Dee failed in his main mission — he was unable to purchase coal for the needs of his country. However, his adversary L., who came to Great Britain on a similar mission, could not buy the coal.
