Only those residents of the aforementioned city who, for various reasons, had fallen into heavy debt, sought the extremely low-paying jobs.

Like many unemployed people, Stone came to the same place on a daily basis for no other reason than that he considered it a kind of center of attraction. It played as important a role in his life as a watering hole on the Serengeti for the animal kingdom.

Survival was the main character’s only concern. While in the structure, the man imagined how he would manage to get his hands on a tempura and then sell it for a very high price.
