Zeus is the son of the goddess Rhea and the god Kronos, who swallowed children for fear of losing his power. His mother, while waiting, was afraid of losing her last son and on the advice of the gods Uranus and Gaia, her parents, went to Crete. Cronus was unaware of her son’s existence.

Zeus grew up and rebelled against his father, he forced him to bring back his siblings: Poseidon, Hestia, Hemetra, Hades and Hera. Having seized Olympus, they, led by Zeus, after a long struggle with the Titans and Crone, the monster Tiphona, cast them into Tartarus. And the gods began to rule the world.

Olympus is the mountain on which, according to ancient legends, the gods headed by Zeus reside. After a long struggle for power, the god Zeus and his siblings overthrew his father, Kronos, and began to reign over the world. Zeus is surrounded by many gods: Hera, Athena, Hephaestus, Apollo, Poseidon and others.
