Ilya Ilyich Oblomov, a landowner, lives in Moscow, but keeps dreaming of returning to his estate Oblomovka. But natural laziness prevents him from doing so. It is necessary to go to the estate, because the affairs there are upset and Oblomov does not have enough money.
