At one time, the boy’s mother came to the aforementioned place, who was concerned about the progress of her son. During a conversation with the school’s principal, Dr. Moncrief, the woman learned that her child was learning poorly.

Mr. Moncrief offered not indifferent to the fate of her son mother to transfer him to another educational institution, but she flatly refused to do so because she respected the local teaching staff. The protagonist’s mother and the school principal promised each other they would talk to Cashel about his behavior.

The lady asked Mr. Moncrieff to discipline her son if necessary, but the principal stated that he did not resort to such educational measures very often. The man added that Cashel is more interested in participating in sports than in learning.
