For many years, Eckels’ hobby and, at the same time, his source of income was hunting. He hunted both in contemporary realities, and was not shy about occasionally moving to other time eras for special species of animals.

But when hunting in past eras, there are several rules that a time traveler must follow. But the main tenets are to kill only those animals that are already at death and after the hunt it is necessary to clear the surroundings of any traces of one’s own presence. These rules were invented so that there would be no problems related to the time continuum.

One day Eckels was offered to hunt dinosaurs in the Mesozoic era. For this, the hunter was offered a huge sum of money. Gathering a group of people, Eckels sets out several million years ago to find a dinosaur head.

Having traveled to the dinosaur era, Eckels decides to set foot on earth by stepping off an antigravity path.
