Life circumstances have prompted Benjamin and William to leave their hometown and travel to other places in the United States to earn a decent living. The comrades had crossed many American cities, but they had not been able to find decent money.

Their financial problems were due, among other things, to the fact that a third man, Ned, who was constantly chasing the two travelers and managing to take most of their money, constantly interfered in their attempts to earn money. Despite the fact that the comrades do not like such things, however, Nigel constantly pursued the travelers.

And one day, as Will and Ben were crossing the desert, Will shouted to his comrade, who was behind the wheel, to swerve. After a sharp turn, the car went off the road and overturned. After they got out of the upside-down car, the outlines of the city loomed before their eyes. But the outlines are different for everyone.
