Works criticizing 261-313 paragraphs of Hegel’s book, which describes the political theory of «The Philosophy of Right.» Marx questions Hegel’s idealistic method of knowledge.

In his opinion, the philosopher made the product of an idea what is its subject. He develops thoughts based not on the subject, but by constructing his own subject according to the model of his finished work in the abstract sphere of logic of thought.

According to Marx, democracy is a social order in which the citizen is the master of political institutions. In this case, it is not the individual who exists for the law, but the law for him. By the law the author in this case means human existence, while in other forms of state system «man is the existence defined by the law».

Only in a democracy is there no confrontation between the state and the people. The state is only a special content of the people, a special form of their existence.
